Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility

•    Returns are accepted only if the order arrives damaged.

•    Returns are not accepted for any other reason, including change of mind or not liking the product.

2. How to Request a Return

•    Contact us at info@coco-shop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

•    Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage to the item and packaging.

•    Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. Refunds

•    Once your request is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

•    Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Exchanges

•    Exchanges depend on stock availability and verification of the returned item.

•    If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
